Users, domains, and billing

Users, domains, and billing affect who can change the site, which hostname visitors use, and which features your site can access.

Users

  1. Open Users.Go to Users in the sidebar.
  2. Review existing access.Confirm every listed person still needs access.
  3. Invite helpers deliberately.Add users only when they need to edit content, manage sales, or administer the tenant.
  4. Use the minimum useful role.Avoid owner-level access for content-only helpers.
  5. Remove stale access.Remove helpers, contractors, galleries, or staff when access is no longer needed.

Domains

  1. Open Domains.Go to Domains in the sidebar.
  2. Add the desired hostname.Use the public domain visitors should type.
  3. Follow DNS instructions exactly.DNS records must match the expected target.
  4. Wait for DNS propagation.Recheck verification after records update.
  5. Verify status.Use the domain screen and routes diagnostics.
  6. Check HTTPS.Open the public site with https:// and check for browser warnings.

Billing

  1. Open Billing.Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Review plan state.Confirm the expected tier and features.
  3. Check account standing.Look for failed payment, incomplete checkout, cancellation, or feature-limit warnings.
  4. Resolve issues before launch.Billing problems can affect domains, sales, storage, or features depending on plan rules.
